ATLANTA, GA (March 17, 2025) – The Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA) hosted its prestigious annual Top Producers Awards Gala on March 15th at the Cobb Galleria Centre’s John A. Williams Ballroom. This grand evening brought together the real estate community to honor the top achievers in the industry, marking yet another year of remarkable success despite the evolving market landscape.
Set against the elegance of the Cobb Galleria Centre, attendees donned their finest formal attire for a night of celebration, camaraderie, and recognition. The 2025 event continued a long-standing tradition, recognizing the accomplishments of REALTORS® who exemplify dedication, professionalism, and excellence in their field.
Chris Burrell, the 2025 President of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, highlighted the significance of this recognition, stating:
“This evening is about recognizing excellence — the 1,300 Top Producing REALTORS® who represent the top 15% of our membership. Your dedication, perseverance, and expertise have guided countless buyers and sellers through one of the most challenging real estate markets in recent history. Despite low inventory and high mortgage rates, you have adapted, innovated, and thrived. You are more than real estate professionals — you are trusted advisors, community leaders, and fierce advocates for homeownership and private property rights. You make homeownership possible, and you make Atlanta a better place to live, work, and invest.”
Recognition as a Top Producer of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association is awarded based on a total gross production of at least $5 million in volume or a minimum of 15 total units of production. In 2024, the Association received an impressive number of applications, with many first-time recipients achieving this milestone.
The evening’s agenda included a cocktail reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by a seated dinner and awards ceremony at 7:00 p.m. The celebration continued with live music and dancing, creating an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
The ARA extends its heartfelt congratulations to all honorees and eagerly anticipates celebrating the continued success of Atlanta’s Top Producers in the years ahead.

About the Top Producers’ Award and Gala
The Top Producers Gala is a black-tie event held annually to honor our top producing REALTORS®. Rules are designed to recognize the top 15% of our members for their achievements in real estate through volume of transactions and/or sales and are established annually by the Top Producers Committee and the Board of Directors. Membership as a Top Producer this year is based on total gross production of at least five million dollars or a minimum of 15 total units.
